| This is one of the most beautiful chintz patterns I have ever seen. It is Lilac Time by Empire, c. 1930's. The pattern is a green background with beautiful pink and purple lilacs with yellow and blue flowers. The coffee/teapot is near perfect. It is 8" high and 8.5" wide from end of spout to end of hangle. It has gold accents. It is marked on the bottom Lilac Time Empire England. The matching cream and sugar are both marked Empire England. No chips or cracks. The 2 little teacups and saucers are marked Empire England. No chips and only 1 cup has a very tight hairline cracks. Just a wonderful chintz set that you are not likely to come across again! | |||||||||||||||
