Very elegant silverplate server. I think it is either a scone/pastry or an egg server. It is very unusual with a flat round area and the right side has a ledge so as not to slide off. The handle is very elegant with florals, leaves and scrolls and the initial JV. It measures 9.75" long with the handle being 4.5". Apart from a few faint scratches I could find nothing wrong with it. A great addition to your serving pieces!
