Vintage English barometer. The frame is 8 sided and is oak wood. The instrument is marked SB British Made Instrument British Pat.Applied for. There is one little screw missing. I do not know very much about barometers, but I thought the wood was lovely and the piece interesting. It has a little hole on the back for easy hanging. I believe it dates to around 1930's.
Vintage English kitchen scales with 6 graduated weights by Librasco. The scales have a brass scoup to place items being measured in and a round brass plate for the weights. The weights are 1 lb., 8 oz., 4 oz., and 2 oz, 1 oz., and 1/2 oz. The scales are cast iron painted green and are marked Librasco. They measure 8" high and 14" long. There are some scratches and the brass has some spotting. A great addition to your collection!
Very nice vintage Libra scales with various graduated weights. The scale is heavy cast iron and is marked Libra Scale Co. England. It has a brass scoop and a round brass plates for the weights. It measures 12" long and 8" heigh to the highest point. There is some rusting. There are several weights I am offering with the scale and obviously they were not with the original scale. Wonderful vintage English weigh scale with a set of 7 brass weights by Boots of Nottingham. The scale is in excellent condition with very little wear. The base is white and the is marked Boots Nottingham. The brass scoop has a few scratches. The 7 brass weights are 1 LB, 8 oz., 4 oz., 2 oz., 1 oz., 1/2 oz., and 1/4 oz. Vintage German hand crank sewing machine by Regina, c. 1950's. It has its original box and can be either hand cranked or it has a place for 2 batteries on the bottom and has an on/off handle. The body is solid and in great condition. The box is worn and has some very worn areas. The machine measures 7" high and 9.5" long and its widest points. This would be a great addition to your collection!
