Very beautiful vintage scottish gaelic brooch with a faceted deep red stone in the center. I believe the brooch is made of heavy pewter which features 4 thistles surrounded by leaves. The stone itself is 3/4" across and the brooch is 1 3/4" across. A very lovely piece.
