Wonderful jewelry casket box with bevelled glass and bronze with a faded red tufted cushion. The top of the box has a picture and says Exposition Lille 1902 dated. It measures 2.5" high and 3" wide. I could not see any cracks in the glass and there are 1 or 2 prongs missing in the bronze. This would be a great addition to your collection1
Antique English wooden with 2 rows of inlaid box that I believe is walnut, but I am not sure. The wood is very nice and it has a wonderful worn patina. I believe it is quite old and probably was a personal dressers box. It has a keyhole, but the key is missing. It is lined inside with paper. There are several scratches and chips in the wood, but the wood is quite beautiful. It measures 4.5" high, 9" long and 6" wide. A nice addition to your collection!
Beautiful antique french wooden dresser mirror with rich patina! The mirror swivels up and down for adjusting and it has a drawer which once had a key, but now is missing. It has nice details with many scrolls and curves. It measures 18" high and 11" wide. I would date this to the 1920's based on the hardware. There are some scratches on the wood and some very minor loss of silvering on the mirror. This would be great on your dresser!
I am pleased to present this fabulous piece of English workmanship which dates to the early 1900's. The ladies dressing table mirror has beautiful handmade gesso flowers on the top of the frame and at the bottom 2 sides. They are sweetpeas and the colors are beautifully muted pinks, purples, burgundies, and greens. The workmanship of these flowers is superb. The beveled mirror itself is very high quality and can tilt up or down. It is hard to believe it dates to early 1900's as ther ...click for details
I am pleased to present this fabulous gesso barbola roses beveled dressing table mirror, c. 1900-1920's! I have never come across a gesso mirror as a dressing table mirror and this is very rare indeed. The handmade gesso/barbola roses are just beautiful and my pictures do not do it justice. Much prettier in person. The frame is a creamy beige which sets off the colors of the florals beautifully. The leaves have exquisit details along with blue forget-me-nots and each rose is slightly di ...click for details
