Wonderful set of 4 brown transferware plates marked David Johnston & Co. David Johnston was of British parents who had a pottery in Bordeaux, France, and was in production from 1834-1844. He was Major of Bordeaux from 1838-1842. These plates are in excellent condition for being over 150+ years old. They measure 9" across and do have some discoloration and scratches and some loss of pattern. The center scene is Arabian with a very detailed border. A great addition to your collection!

Gorgeous large English majolica bread tray. The edges have the words Eat Thy Bread With Thankfulness. It has wheat stalks for the side handles. The tray measures 13.5" x 11.5". There are numerous chips on the back and edges with some scratches in the center. The colors are just gorgeous. Dates to the 1880's. A great addition to your collection!

Gorgeous elegant Edwardian sterling silver handle magnifying glass hallmarked Sheffield 1907 by silversmiths Elkington & Co. The magnifying glass measures 5.25" long with the handle itself measuring 3" long and the glass measuring 2" across. I could find nothing wrong with it. This would make an elegant gift or a nice piece for yourself!

Fabulous Georgian Mahogany wood tea caddy, c. 1780. The wood and patina is wonderful. It has its original brass handle and keyhole. There are 2 compartments for tea with a lid and handle and a glass sugar bowl in the center. Tea and sugar were a scarce commodity and was often kept under lock and key. Unfortunately, there is no key. It measures 5.25" high, 9.5" long and 5.25" wide. The bottom has blue felt. A wonderful, wonderful box.

Fabulous pair of antique Staffordshire poodle dogs with unusual vermicelli decoration. They have unusual faces with gold collars and one is slightly larger than the other idicating the male. They measure 6" high and 4" wide. There are no chips or cracks and there are no markings. A definite one of a kind!

Fabulous antique ironstone brown transferware pitcher, c. 1860. It is marked Clyde England and I am not sure if Clyde is the pottery or the pattern. The pitcher is quite large measuring 11" high and about 9" wide. It has an ornate handle and lovely embossed lines and scrolls. The pattern is gorgeous with various florals and leaves. There are no chips or cracks or repairs. A fabulous pitcher!

Beautiful antique solid sterling silver lid with etched glass jar hallmark Birmingham 1919. The jar measures 1.5" high and 1.75" across. The lid has a gold wash on the inside with a few very minor little dents. The glass has no chips or cracks and has a flower design on the bottom. A beautiful jar!

Wonderful and hard to find antique child's 12pc brown transferware set by Copeland dating to the late 19th C. The pattern is called Copeland Hearts and has a trailing vine of trillium or heart shaped 3 lobe flowers. THe set consists of a bottom platter and lid, 4 3.5" plates, 2 4" plates, and 4 4" bowls. All pieces are embossed with Copeland and a crown. I could find no chips or cracks and there is some fading of pattern and some discoloration. A very rare set!

Gorgeous antique papier mache wall shelf with pink lilies that dates to the Victorian era. It has a hinged shelf that can fold up. The papier mache has 2 holes at the top for easy hanging. Wonderful antique English copper hot watering can, c. 1910. It is in wonderful condition for its age and is water tight. The can has 3 handles with a large overhead handle, a side handle, and a small handle to lift the hinged lid. It measures 9.5" high to the top of the handle and 10.5" wide from end of spout to end of handle. There are a few dents. These cans were used by the servants to bring up hot water for the gentry to tidy up. A great addition to your collection!

Lovely antique black forest carved wood vase with etched glass vase dating to the 1880's. The carvings are wonderful with shells at the base and a fluted border. The vase body has carved palm leaves with a group of flowers and the carved leaves hold the etched glass vase. The glass vase can be removed. There are no chips or cracks to the glass. The epergne measures 11" high and the base measures 5" wide. Without the glass the black forest vase measures about 8" high...
